❓ What sizes do bracelets come in? How do I measure my wrist?
Each bracelet is made-to-measure to your wrist. Standard sizes are approximately 16-18cm. Use a soft tape measure around your wrist (not too tight); the cm reading is your wrist size. No tape? Wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the string. See our Services page for made-to-order details.
❓ Are your crystals natural?
Yes, all our crystals are natural and hand-selected by us. Natural crystals vary in colour, texture and shape — slight differences from photos are normal characteristics.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPS (Faster Payment System) and can arrange in-store payment. After ordering, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the payment method.
❓ How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders ship within 2-3 working days; SF Express delivers locally in 1-2 working days. Free shipping over HK$300; HK$30 below. Made-to-order pieces take longer and we will notify you individually. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
❓ Can I return items?
We offer a 7-day return period, but only for defective or damaged items (unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase). Made-to-order/customised items are non-returnable. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
❓ Are crystal healing properties real?
Crystal energy properties are traditional folk cultural views; individual experiences may vary. They are for reference only and do not constitute medical or scientific guarantees. The most important thing is to choose crystals you are drawn to.
❓ How do I care for my crystals?
Avoid knocks and high heat; store in a velvet pouch or jewellery box when not worn. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth; avoid chemical cleaners. Cleanse every 1-2 weeks. See our Wearing Guide and Cleansing Guide.
❓ Can I order custom pieces?
Yes! We offer made-to-order service — choose your wrist size, crystal type and colour to create a unique bracelet. First restringing is free. See our Services page.
