Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Methods

• SF Express (Hong Kong local): delivery in 1-2 working days
• FREE shipping on orders over HK$300; HK$30 shipping below HK$300
• In-stock orders ship within 2-3 working days (made-to-order pieces take longer — we will notify you individually)
• A SF Express tracking number will be provided after dispatch

Return Conditions

• 14-day return period (from date of receipt)
• Hong Kong local orders: returns accepted for defective or damaged items (manufacturing defect, transit damage)
• Item must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt / order confirmation)
• Please contact us first (email or phone) to confirm before returning
• Made-to-order / customised items are non-returnable (unless defective)
• Natural crystals vary in colour, texture and shape — slight differences from photos are normal characteristics, not defects

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email you the approval result
• Once approved, refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days
• Return shipping is borne by the buyer (if the item is confirmed defective, we will cover return shipping)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
